Information:

The ticket is valid only during the Observation Deck's opening hours and is not valid after 7:00 PM!

The elevator departs every 5-10 minutes.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Please make thoughtful purchases.

In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the outdoor Viewing Terrace may be temporarily closed. We also inform you that the terrace is closed outside of the season.

The owner reserves the right to change the Viewing Terrace's operating hours; we kindly ask you to confirm the hours the day before your visit.

For every group of 30 adults, there is one free ticket for a guide/caregiver.

For every group of 30 children, there is one free ticket for a guide/caregiver.
